That One Image Of Squidward Used In A Creepy-Pasta

This Image of squidward had been used in the 2000's era (ish) in a old creepy pasta which i wont say the name of (in fear of getting banished) has been surfacing around the internet and I want to know where you savy spongebob fanatics can find the episode and or image this came from, What i mean is that there is a front facing squidward image used in a old 2000's 4Chan creepy pasta which is heavily edited to look creepy, the original image still surfaces (unedited) and i want to find the original episode or maybe lost short this came from or if the original image is in fact edited to look like squidward is front facing let me know, thanks.

Edit: I made a interesting finding.

so i found a image quite similar to the original one.

in the one where he is smiling, the smile is most likely cropped and flipped.

but there is a digital art piece so close, but there are differences to them.

i see a similar resemblance from the astrology from squidward shorts, but not because its almost slightly front facing. I do remember another one where it is front facing, but i forgot what it was.

My familarity with the creepy-pasta is from the episode "SpongeBob in Randomland" but I read the actual story and it was freaky to say the least!
