I don't think moving "Fan Favorites" into Artist Unknown and re-imagining it as also episode ideas and fan favorites would be a good idea; "Fan Favorites" are lists of fans' favorite official episodes.
As for a name for the Fan Fiction section, how about "The Ugly Barnacle"?
