Sprinter or Long Distance Runner?

Actually, I'm more of a marcher, since I'm in parades usually something something along the lines of

I can sprint, but I prefer long distances instead. It eventually becomes rhythmic so it's like you're not even running anymore.

I can still do a decent sprint but I'm too out of shape to go long distance.. although I could probably get back in gear pretty easily. Just been a while since I've played sports or anything like that so I don't do a lot of running these days

I'm a pure distance runner, I ran track in high school and am in my second year of running track in college, although long distance distance is considered over a 10k (6.2 miles). Of course this is coming from someone who runs 25/30 miles a week so I guess distance has a variety of meaning depending on the person.
