SpongeBob You're Fired. Even though SpongeBob's cries a lot in All That Glitters I still find it less annoying than in SpongeBob You're Fired. Also, All That Glitters is funnier and has better animation.

I really like this episode, one of my favorites, and my bf's favorites aswell.

spongebob, you're fired is just not good, it's repetitive and boring and a little distasteful at times. it's just not particularly offensively bad.

all that glitters is vile and it was the first episode i ever remember being bad. i was so shocked by how awful it was when it first came out because i didn't believe the show was capable of that. so it's definitely a lot worse imo. it's one of the lowest points of the series.

They're both some of the worst episodes to me, in my top 5 worst. I haven't made a proper top worst SB episodes, maybe I should do that sometime.
anyway on to my answer
SpongeBob You're Fired is the worst imo. All That Glitters was boring, but it was just that. Boring. SBYF on the other hand, was annoying with minutes of crying in a row, recycled plots that drag on too long, and it just drags on too long. If this was 11 minutes it could have been a better episode, but it drags on too long if it's 22 minutes. But of course, it had to be a double episode. If anything major happens in it, it has to be a double length episode, doesn't it?
If it was 11 minutes I could have cut it some slack. At least it would be half the crying, and it wouldn't have been as grating and elongated; I probably would have found All That Glitters worse if that was the case.

(also as a side note, I was kinda expecting for people to be pissed at him for doing another episode or episode topic, but I'm glad to see that isn't the case and some actual discussion is going on here - he isn't doing them like three times a day anymore anyway)

All That Glitters is mainly filler which is rare for season 4. In fact, it's the season 4 episode I downright hated (I actually gave Squid Wood and Karate Island a chance).

SB, You're Fired, as mediocre as it was, at least there's some plot/actual humor to it.

All That Glitters is bad but MUCH better. For one it had a plot and some jokes. SpongeBob, You're Fired is longer, aka more pain, more crying, zero story, and no humor. So yeah All That Glitters is superior.
