Sponge64 shares his awful SpongeBob opinions

Season 13 looks like too much, and I'm actually much more fonder of Season 9 and 11 and whatnot's exaggerated but not brain-rotting animation. Season 9 is one of my favorite looking seasons due to this.

Also, the plots are fine. Seriously, some of you are way too critical of episode plots, it's just the, y'know, watching part.

Squidward torture episodes can work. They just don't know how to do it when Hillenburg doesn't make them for some reason.

"Firmly grasp it!" is literally one of the most iconic quotes from the show. From a Squidward torture episode.

Animation is so much harder than you think it is. Seriously, I might hate the guts of Season 13, but by god, I admire some of the work they do. Especially in Season 1, do I just think "God, they really did this for a whole season?" and had minimal help from a computer. Props to Nickelodeon. My hand cramps thinking about all of this.

I feel like the only person who was ever able to enjoy Season 7 sometimes. Is there bad taste? Of course. Is it the worst thing in existence? Pal, you clearly haven't tried the worst thing since un-sliced bread. :yousure:

Or bologna...

Anyways, I can relate - I grew up with new episodes of Season's 7, 8, and 9. I don't include 10 and 11 but I do remember the events they would set up for those episodes despite being older at that point.
