So everyone's been talking about the recently found spongebob psp commercial from a comedy central germany spongebob captain's secrets promo from 2009, but no one has ever talked about the image on the far right,. I'm certain that it's not lost media, but rather something I'm having a hard time finding. Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

The picture of Spongebob & Patrick kissing looks like fanart, I think it's the same picture I found on the internet back in like 2005 & printed out. I remember my friend at the time saying it was a nice pic of them lol

I haven't found the image yet, but I did find a few images that are SIMILAR, which could be decent leads.

HUGE UPDATE : I managed to find more evidence of this image's existence, just from these stickers!! What's crazy is that both of these combined could possibly connect the entire image!
