Hey All You People
Episode: Jellyfish Hunter
Written By: Eban Schletter, Stephen Hillenburg, Derek Drymon, Andrew Overtoom
Performed By: Doug Lawrence (As Fred)
This one is more of a comedy song, with the same lines sung repeatedly. But they managed to keep your interest with various changes in key and instrumentals, and those were all in the right place. The song is really only about Fred wanting to tell the "people" about the new Jelly Patty SpongeBob made. Maybe I'd try a Jelly Patty if Mr Krabs wasn't so cruel to the Jellyfish. The Singing isn't absolutely perfect, but it's on the right beat and lyrics. It manages to give me laughs every time. It's also my favorite non-"My Leg!" Fred moment.
Hin for #9: Just a Greasy Spoon...
Yeah, it's called "This Grill is Not a Home". I'll post it later today. Also I call "I Wrote This" by "Twinkle, Twinkle, Patrick Star"cwn said:LOL, you know what the title of "Just A Greasy Spoon" is, right?
Anyway, I probably would place this in around the same area, although I would've included "I Wrote This" somewhere on here.
HM=Honorable MentionSpongyDevotee said:Hmm, I've come to appreciate the song more. I liked SpongeBob's vocals and the instrumental aspect of the song is pretty good. But I never liked Mr. Krabs' voice in this song. It sounds way too different than his normal voice and kinda deep and like you said, guttural. But yeah, I like the song, but not enough for it to be in a top 10 for me. It's a great sad song and accompanies Welcome to the Chum Bucket well.
My favorite part of the song is this line:
SpongeBob: "But this grill is not a home! This is not the stove I knowww!"
I don't really understand the hint, because I have no idea what HM stands for. (Unless it means Hidden Machine, haha jk.) But I'm guessing it's "When I Ripped My Pants."
HM=Honorable Mention
Livin' In The Sunlight, Lovin' In The Moonlight was a HM even though it was the first song, so it must be Ripped Pants. I'm hoping "That's What Friends Do" is on here.
Forgot about that song. But even if I remembered it probably wouldn't be in the top 10.SpongyDevotee said:"That's What Friends Do" is a cute song. I like it, but I wouldn't really expect it to be in a top 10. But who know's? I think you know! (Haha, F.U.N reference). But yeah, More_SpongeBob_Sandy knows.
