I want an update on the Rugrats Reboot.

I don't know if they've decided it's not going to happen. I just want to know why they said it was going to air on January 4th of this year and it never did. I've seen NOTHING recent on the news about it except that there is going to be a live action movie.
 
Here’s what I have found about the reboot.
1. So there is going to be a new season of Rugrats. Don’t know if Dil, and Kimi Will appear in the new season.
2. The movie is supposed to come out in 2021
3. I have heard rumors some of the original voice actors will be returning to lend their voices.
Also where did you see it was released January 4th, 2019?

Not sure how I feel about this. Some things should just be left to rest (I'm looking at you, Star Wars). I don't see how a reboot would be much of an improvement, but there's a large potential for disappointment.
 
Paramount Pictures has removed the Rugrats 4 from the big screen.
