SB-129 is also my favourite episode from Season 1. Pizza Delivery and F.U.N. are two classic episodes that deserve to be in the Top 3. I disagree with IWATG, though. I love this episode. But It's still a good list.

Squdward The Unfriendly Ghost deserves to be in the Top 10

F.U.N is 3rd, should be last IMO, and I also disagree with The Paper, Squidward the Unfriendly Ghost, Nature Pants, Squeaky Boots and Tea at the Treedome, they are all good. I would also say Fools In April and Karate Choppers are meh.

I honestly disagree with you

F.U.N: I loved the episode. The episode had a good idea, executed it well, and added other good parts like the F.U.N. Song

The paper: I felt this was the first STP. He didn't do anything bad to deserve his torment unlike jellyfishing, and the ending was just a kick in the balls

STUG and TATT: Anything 32 and above was close to good

Nature pants: It was just boring, plus the pacing was slow and the gags weren't very good (except for the 11 minutes gag, but that was done better in other instances)

Squeaky boots: It was just annoying and boring.
