2. He can speak English and Spanish, but if he speaks an English sentence, at least one word has to be Spanish, unless for certain reasons.

4. If you're wondering what he looks like, he's a tall orange fish with a fridged sombrero like Squidward's and Mexican garb on.
5. Oh yeah, don't make his English into Spanish grammar. He's also learned a thing or two about the grammar of the English. So making him speak the grammar of the Spanish you shall not, comprende?
