Nick has announced there is going to be a animated show called “Pony”. It actually was greenlit from Nick International. It’s about a little girl named Annie and her famliy with a talking pony living in a city apartment.

I think the artstyle is really adorable and charming. Honestly, this series doesn't sound half bad. Will it be a success? Not at all, it looks like the type of obscure content people will forget about within the next few years. Still, I at least wish the series well, and hope it has a solid run on the network (Meaning, I hope it can at least get through its first Season without being dumped onto Nicktoons like Wayne and Bunsen were).

This is not anything close to an MLP ripoff. The plot summary makes that clear. However, I would be willing to bet a lot of money that this show won't be good as MLP was from Season 1 to the 2nd half of Season 5.
