After watching an episode of Rugrats called "Regarding Stuie", I realized it has the same similar plot to the SpongeBob episode "Squid Baby" where someone falls and suffers a head condition which turns him into a baby. Then, of course, there was The Twilight Zone episode "Time Enough At Last" where someone wakes up to find that he is the last man standing which is similar to the episode "Gone". But then again, that episode was parodied in a lot of other TV episodes that it's becoming more of a cliche now than a similar plot. List any episodes of other TV shows that did a SpongeBob plot before.

The Twilight Zone episode mentioned is actually, "Where is Everybody?" not "Time Enough at Last"

And To answer your question. I HAVE NO IDEA

Isn't there a Sanjay & Craig episode where they're afraid to ride the big roller coaster so go on some lame rides to stall for time? Like Roller Cowards. I imagine this isn't exactly a rare plot though and I'm sure other cartoons did it before SpongeBob.

There is a cartoon that did pretty much the exact plots for "SB-129," "F.U.N," and "Mermaid Man & Barnacle Boy 5."

What cartoon was it?

"SPONGE OUT OF WATER."

nah I'm kidding

seriously, the "snowed in" plot has been done in so many shows, as has the "trapped inside during a storm" plot. Although, it's a nice plot, because it can lead to so many different situations.

Breadwinners with Brocrastination to SB' s Procrastination.

Yeah, there was. My cousin told me about it and said it was a complete ripoff of Roller Cowards so I watched it myself. The whole plot was the exact same, the only difference was the roller coaster ride was higher budget and a little more detailed. I know this could be a common theme but in this case I'm almost certain it was a ripoff, but I'd watch it again before I'm positive.

Regular Show has This is my Jam, which is basically Earworm.
I was about to say that. To be fair, though, the premise has different consequences:
SB: SpongeBob goes insane and starts singing the song everywhere, destroying the Krusty Krab.
RS: Rigby gets the song out of his head, but it comes to life and starts chasing him around, so they come up with a different song to fight it (like Earworm but it works).

Didn't Powerpuff Girls and Dexter's Lab do episodes about swearing before SpongeBob did?

There was "Rude Removal" with Dexter's Lab but I forgot if PPG did one or not.

Yep. I think the episode's name is "Cursed".

The Amazing World of Gumball has "The Procrastinators" and "The Butterfly", which are very similar to Procrastination and Wormy.

Breadwinners has Employee of the Month based on the SpongeBob episode of the same name.

Simpsons actually did it: Breath of Fresh Squidward is pretty much Homer's Enemy
