then when it returned to the schedule in April 2018 it had every single one of these episodes except Scaredy Pants/I Was a Teenage Gary, Valentine's Day/The Paper, and Christmas Who?. (Valentine's Day/The Paper DID air in July 2017 and Christmas Who? DID air in January 2018 though)
then after a short time (despite still simulcasting new episodes from Nick during the show's absence) they seem to have mostly dropped New Fish in Town/Love That Squid, Perfect Chemistry/Big Sister Sam, and all of the Season 8 episodes i mentioned except Squidward's School for Grown Ups/Oral Report and I think A Friendly Game/Sentimental Sponge which still air somewhat often (The others I just mentioned still air sometimes). Fools in April/Neptune's Spatula appears to have stopped airing regularly after probably more than 15 years.
by July 2018 it seemed like they still had yet to add any episode from Mooncation/Mr. Krabs Takes a Vacation onwards (and even then it seems like they are airing less later episodes by surprise and their rotation has gotten more automated and stagnant ever since the show returned to the schedule.). Interestingly, they even aired the episodes from the May 2018 premiere week in late May 2018 (when they aired Mustard O' Mine on May 25, 2018, many guides including Xfinity and Zap2It mistakenly listed Shopping List with it as a new episode even though it was a rerun of Ink Lemonade actually, even when Nickelodeon's finally going to premiere Shopping List). If i'm correct, they even aired them in the original commercial format like when they first aired on Nick. (later Nick reruns aired them in the current commercial format with commercials after the intro and before the first act) Same thing happened with the August 2018 premiere week episodes.
now come September 2018 where they now seem to be gradually starting to air more Season 8 episodes regularly. Bubble Troubles/The Way of the Sponge and House Sittin' for Sandy/Smoothe Jazz at Bikini Bottom have aired a week ago and next Friday they are going to air Mermaid Man Begin/Plankton's Good Eye and Barnacle Face/Pet Sitter Pat.
