To prove that I'm not a mindless hater or anything. I'll disqualify season 4.

1) Hello Bikini Bottom: Part II
This episode... was beautiful. It's the single best post-movie episode I've ever seen. It was also Aaron Springer's last episode before he left to work on Gravity Falls, and ooh boy, he went out with a bang.

2) Porous Pockets
...I actually like this one. Don't make fun of me. D:

3) It's A Spongebob Christmas
Enough said. This episode is awesome. Maybe I'm just a sucker for stop motion animation. I don't know if I'd still like it that much if it were 2D animation.

4) Love That Squid
It has gay subtext up the freaking wazoo yet it still manages to get Squidward a happy ending with a cute girl. I also love Patrick's line at the end. This is one of the only TWO post-movie episodes I want to be 100% canon.

5) Not Normal
speaks for itself I guess...

6) Bumper To Bumper
I'm a fan of the surreal, so... whatever.

7) Squidward in Clarinetland
eeeeehhhhhhh I just love deranged animation.

8) Face Freeze!
Okay, the episode sucks, but I'm putting it on here just because I love Robertryan Cory's drawings so much.

9) Kracked Krabs
I thought this one was hilarious. I don't know why. maybe it's because I regularly steal from hotels.

10) Gullible Pants
I hate to say it, but I related to Spongebob in this episode. I'm gullible as heck and I thought it was really funny.

11) Plankton's Pet
ADORABLE. This is the other post-movie episode that I want to be made 100% canon.

12) Treats!
ADORABLE.... even if the art style was off-puttingly "flat" like most of Aaron Springer's post-movie storyboards...

12) You Don't Know Sponge
......I actually found this one funny. *dodges bricks*

12) A Friendly Game
...am I a bad person for finding this one funny? *dodges tomatoes*

13) Patrick-Man!
It's like Patrick's equivalent of Hall Monitor. (And Hall Monitor is easily one of my top 5 favorite episodes of ALL TIME.)

14) Don't Look Now
This is the only post-movie episode I've seen that actually felt just like a pre-movie episode. I thought I was seeing things. I actually had to check the date of the episode to see that it wasn't some pre-movie episode that I hadn't seen until then.

15) Glove World R.I.P.
This episode made me laugh out loud several times. That's usually how I judge episodes of this show.

16) Krabby Road
This one was hilarious. Maybe because I'm a musician. I dunno.

17) Sing A Song of Patrick
This is Patrick Star at his best.

18) Blackened Sponge
This was a breath of fresh air. It could have been incredibly bad, but it was surprisingly funny.

19) The Two Faces of Squidward
THIS EPISODE IS HILARIOUS. I find it funny that even people who hate post-movie Spongebob admit that this episode is funny.

20) Suction Cup Symphony
YEAH.

And good list. I know many people like Glove world rip and a friendly game.

Yeah but I had to add a few more. I was looking at a list of every SB episode and a couple times I had to go "oh wait, I like that one, I should add it."

Post-movie Spongebob is like a huge box filled with used tissues, with some jewels thrown in once in a while. You have to sift through a lot of gross, sticky stuff to find the good stuff, but if you're willing to, then it's sort of worth it, even if you catch a nasty cold.

That was an incredibly stupid metaphor, I'm sorry.

Yes, someone else who loves Blackened Sponge and Treats!

What do you think of season four? I noticed there weren't any episodes from there on your list.

Blackened Sponge was hilarious.

Treats!.... The art style was so ugly and stiff, and it wasn't too funny, but it was incredibly cute. And Spongebob finally stopped being a doormat, I guess!

are you kidding? Treats is a very popular episode especially for a post season four episode. And, yeah, blackened sponge is underrated.

I disqualified season 4 because most people seem to agree that season 4 has a lot of good episodes.

I enjoyed Fear of a Krabby Patty, Krusty Towers, and some others. Mostly FoaKP, though, because of all the weird faces Carl Greenblatt got to draw.

And there is a very special place in my heart for "Selling Out." I'm very fond of that one.

I enjoy at least a third.
Same.

The show was never the same after Derek Drymon and Stephen Hillenburg (and later, Carl Greenblatt and Erik Wiese) left, but I find myself pleasantly surprised once in a while.

Not a big "Don't Look Now" fan and I remember GP being really boring.

Interesting choices all around. I think mine would be a bit different but not too far off what you have there.

I can't wait to see yours!
I love Robertryan Cory's drawings so much I had to put "Face Freeze" on my list. The episode itself was awful, but I'm glad it exists, otherwise we might not have seen those gorgeous drawings.

Where is Single Cell Anniversary :'(
As much as I liked the song at the end, I found the rest of the episode to be a bit.... boring.
I'm sorry. I don't HATE it, though.
If I ever do a list of my favorite songs from Spongebob, I'll put that on there somewhere.

I had made a thread before but never really finished it. I had only put one episode in it. I have these ideas for threads but haven't really gone through with them all the way like I would like to.

okay since Internet Explorer on my dad's computer is being annoying, I'll just have to quote like this @BabySmitty IDK I thought he ending enough was enough to warm my heart but it was nice to see an episode not feel like a Season 6+ for once :P

The ending was very sweet, I admit. I really liked it.
