It may seem fast to us, after the long, dragged out airing of Season 9, but Season 9 probably wrapped up production years ago. I think it finished in 2015, as Season 10 started production in 2015. Season 11 probably started last year, so now's the time when 12 will start being worked on. I must say, considering how fast episodes are made nowadays, I wonder how long it'll take for Nick to announce Season 13 (Which is really unnecessary in all honesty).

season 13 might probably be announce next year or so
 
I wonder what these episodes will be about. A lot of times I think of ideas for SpongeBob episodes, and then realize that those ideas are already in episodes. So, I can only hope that Season 12 will have a lot of unique ideas and character pairings.
 
Interesting that Kaz has already been on SpongeBob for quite some time now. Sure things fly!

They're working fast on Season 12, I'm pretty sure they might have time to slide a Season 13 in? We'll see about that...
