So I recorded the "Just One Bite" episode off of Nick's HD feed, and like you'd expect, it had the gas leak scene intact.

And of course, it is in higher quality than anything you can currently find on the web, with glorious *1080p video and lossless audio.

*Not actually 1080p resolution.

Interesting. I always consider the gas leak scene as a deleted scene, because of its very quick removal from TV broadcasts, and has therefore become the default version internationally.

but yeah, YTV still airs this with that scene. :P

what's strange about on YTV is they sorta cut the ending in Pizza Delivery for unknown reasons...
 
OH MY GOD I EXPECTED THIS TO BE A SPAM THREAD AND ITS NOT

I'd LOVE a copy of this; if I had to suggest a file sharing service, I'd say extract the deleted scene part of the original file and upload it to Mediafire. All the video streaming sites will compress the file down and it'll just be ugly.

That's what I was thinking. I'm going to put it on a good host, trust that, but I don't want SBMania to get pissed at me about it.

The broadcast was in 1080i, I never said that the video was in true 1080i. I'm going to downscale it properly before I upload it.

Like I said, this was never cut in Canada.

Well yes, but that is very much the exception to the rule. When the episode was exported internationally, in the UK at least, the scene was never put back in, and as a consequence far from it being a temporary edit, the gas leak has now become a permanent deleted scene.
 
Probably because "tentacles" sounds similar to something I cannot say...
