How do I dual boot Windows 11 and 8.1?

I want to dual boot my computer with 8.1 primarily because 8.1 was free to download from Microsofts website and because I want to experience Windows 8.1 since I don't recall ever experiencing that OS (besides Windows 8, which I only used as a DVD player from the end of 2017 to around 2020 or 2021 when one of the cats broke it).
