Only nine episodes aired this year, so I would like to know which one was your favorite that aired in this year from nine years ago.

It's a pretty hard decision, since none of these episodes really are outstanding in any way (which is pretty much the entirety of 9A), but I would go with Plankton's Pet. It's the funniest and overall best episode in 2013, even though I would only give it about a 8.5/10.
Squid Defense- funny but Squidward torture
Little Yellow Book- SpongeBob torture
Evil Spatula- pretty good but not good enough
Jailbreak!- same as Evil Spatula, it's good but not good enough
Safe Deposit Krabs- boring
Don't Look Now- decent episode
Séance Shméance- haven't watched this episode in ages
