Disney Live Action Remakes

Dumbo and Aladdin this year. Do we like? Is the latter old enough to warrant a remake?

Dumbo would seem interesting if the format didn’t have such a shaky reputation, and I think Aladdin will finally kill the trend. I really don’t want to see Pinocchio or The Little Mermaid “reimagined” just for a short term profit.

Well yeah because it looks like hot garbage. It's gonna be a low-budget nostalgia cash grab.

I don't think Aladdin needs a remake, it was perfectly fine with it's one movie. Disney needs to come out with actual creative and new ideas instead of capitalizing off of their old material.

There's mixed reviews of the new Genie look in Aladdin, but I'm excited either way to see these.
