Cyrus forgets lyrics on 'Ant & Dec'

Miley Cyrus appeared to forget her lyrics during a performance on Ant & Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway last weekend.

The Hannah Montana star seemed to briefly stop singing halfway through performing her new track 'Fly On The Wall'.

After completing the song, she was caught on camera mouthing to a backing dancer: "Oh my God, I forgot my lines!"

According to The Sun, fans of Cyrus have been bombarding online message boards to express their disappointment after the teenager's record label reportedly splashed out more than 150,000 to fly her to the UK for the five-minute appearance.

"Due to time constraints the only way Miley could come to the UK was on a private jet," said an unnamed source.

"All her dancers were on the flight and they were chauffeured everywhere. The costs were covered by Hollywood Records who look after all Disney artists and Polydor."

When quizzed about the incident, a representative from Polydor, said: "She always sings live so anything can happen."

A spokesperson for ITV said: "We were really pleased to have Miley perform on the show."

OMG she's human. Everybody forgets their lines at some point in their life. i don't what the big deal is. She can't be perfect.

Not to be negative or anything, but it seems to fixed to me. I think they did it intentionally.

Wow, I was kind of waiting for this to happen.. I mean, a lot every famous act(or/ress) or musician has messed up at some point. It's inevitable.

personally, i think you all look kind of silly saying stuff like, "nobody cares" and "oh no, she forgot her lines."

Jeezus. Imagine singing the same song over and over again every night of your life for audiences... there IS going to be a point where your brain just spazzes out and you forget something. It happens to everyone... it's just unfortunate she was being filmed. Nobody's perfect.
 
HA! Sorry, I know this happens to everyone and all, but I just enjoy it more if it happens to miley! Muahahaha!

How does ANYBODY forget "Fly on the Wall," let alone Miley herself??!!? That's like my favorite song. I HAVE THE CHORUS MEMORIZED!!
