I was watching YouTube when I got a horror movie commercial which I clicked off of immediately. What I did happen to see before looking away was a young kid holding a SPONGEBOB TOY. I swore I was going insane and that I’ve been watching too much SpongeBob lately, but no, I really did see SpongeBob.
I looked up the words “horror movie” and “spongebob” in the same search and found some articles about it. The movie is called “Come Play” and centers around an autistic boy who loves SpongeBob.
Here are some of the article previews/thumbnails so if you’re a wimp like me, you don’t have to click it. Can some brave soul please find out more about this movie, or better yet, WATCH IT and tell me how much of a role SpongeBob SquarePants has in the plot? I might check Wikipedia, but there is no way in hell that I’m watching that trailer to find out.
