Chris Reccardi has sadly passed away, today. He worked on shows such as Ren & Stimpy, the original PPG, Samurai Jack and of course SpongeBob. He wrote and storyboarded episodes such as "The Inmates of Summer", "20,000 Patties Under the Sea" and "A Life in a Day". He also did storyboards for the 2nd movie.SOOWBOARD4.jpg

This is a real shame to find out. I liked all 3 of the episodes you mentioned to some degree, and it’s sad that we won’t have him around anymore.

I heard about his death in May and I was really bummed out. I knew of him because of his work on The Ren & Stimpy Show but until I joined this forum last weekend I didn't know he did any work on SpongeBob SquarePants. Makes it even sadder, R.I.P. Chris Reccardi.
