Medieval Era Bikini Bottom is under the rule of King Krabs and is under attack from evil wizard Lord Plankton.
1941 The Rusty Crab Retirement Home is established in a poop deck that fell from an old ship (in rumor, a drifted piece of a Chinese junk boat).
1942 Eugene Krabs of The Krusty Krab is born
1946 The first atomic bomb was dropped on Bikini Bottom's signature island Bikini Atoll. It is unknown what the city had to go through during this time.
1975 Squidward Tentacles is born
1977 The popular Krusty Krab (formerly the Rusty Crab Retirement Home) and the unpopular Chum Bucket fast food restaurants are officially established.

Around the same time, Plankton of The Chum Bucket initiates his evil "Plan Z" and Bikini Bottom eventually loses its law and order with Mr. Krabs frozen, King Neptune too distracted and the rest of its citizens being Plankton's slaves. He is brought down by SpongeBob's power of rock 'n' roll and arrested, followed by a restoration of law and order in the city.
4017 Bikini Bottom is technologized and painted entirely of chrome.
