Atlantis SquarePantis/Truth or Square question

Even if MoBros does negative reviews on these kinds of episodes, Mr. Enter labels these as atrocities, and others are critical whatever, we are all here today to talk about something a little different with these two specials. Alright, enough jokes aside. I would like to know something else about these episodes. XD

These two specials are both approximately an hour long with their usual (or edited, in case of ToS), but there's something different. Atlantis SquarePantis (a regular 44 minute special) is only labeled as one episode (92), while Truth or Square is only a little longer (can't remember, under 1 or 1 1/2 hours), and is split into two episodes (123-124). This is odd since it may not be that even. Any explanations?
