Any voice removers with sound effect removal?

So a few of you might know the Spongebob Music Ripping Community, they rip background music and take APM Music (ex. Grass Skirt Chase, Gator, etc.)

Well I’m trying to rip music from it with a website called lalal.ai, when I rip with it, it keeps the sound effects from the scene it’s from.

So, onto the big question, does anyone know any good voice removers that can remove sound effects as well?

Don’t know. I have a YouTube channel where I rip music from other shows besides SpongeBob. I think AI isn’t advanced enough to distinguish sound effects from the music.

I finally found out how to rip tracks, you need a 5.1 audio copy of the episode. Use Audacity or other music file editors to rip tracks and find the one with only the background music.
