Show News Any ideas why Goo Goo Gas was held back for so long?

Its sister episode Le Big Switch aired September 29, 2007. Then Goo Goo Gas aired on July 19, 2009! Almost 2 years later. Goo Goo Gas was aired along with 9 other individual episodes I think for the 10th anniversary. (Wow, 5 episode sets in 1 day!)

Any ideas/theories on why this happened? Maybe since this was just a leftover individual episode, maybe it was awkward to air since its sister episode already aired? Then maybe the 10th anniversary was finally the right time to do it?

True. The same thing happened with Gary Takes a Bath. The overlapping seasons is weird. A lot of times it seems like it's because they want to save their specials, but sometimes it's normal episodes of different seasons too that overlap.
