An unknown animation shot from a commercial

Do you have any idea where these shots of animation were originally used? I found these on a Russian Kinder Surprise commercial from 2006.

It's from an animated short used to promote Kinder Surprise (as you mentioned) and was originally released in 2005. There's a copy of the German short online and from what I can understand, SpongeBob and Patrick receive an invitation to a surprise party.
