It's... a good episode but honestly I don't think it's as great as many people think.
The episode has some pretty funny moments though, I'll have to give it that. (gorilla)
Good ep but not as good as other Season 15 episodes (yes, I'm going to refer to 307-319 as S15 because, while production-wise it's still S14, to the public [thanks to Nickelodeon's weird decision] it's technically Season 15. The split happened, just not on the production level.)
I just find it kind of weird that it's a Sandy episode but then it turns into a Plankton episode. If it had happened earlier it would've felt less weird. To be fair, yes, the thing Plankton building was technically in the beginning, but then the part between the exposition to the conflict of being stuck inside and Sandy finding out Plankton is doing something is kinda boring. It has some decent jokes but nothing actually happens other than some jokes that either make you laugh or not.
