Most of us, when talking about our favorite porous freak, talk about the funny jokes, the hilarious facial expressions, the catchy and infectious production and original music used in every episode, but do we ever talk about the SFX? Those wacky, wonderful, funny, sometimes even creepy zips...

    SpongeBob SFX

Do any of us really pay attention to the SFX in our favorite cartoons? The weird, wacky, funny, sometimes creepy zips, zaps, bangs, bings, boings, sproings, plops, whomps, skids, head conks, poofs, pings, dings, clangs or bangs which we all hear probably at least once a day on the telly, the...

This might seem like a stupid question, but how come Carr can't use the Gregor Narholz and John Debney cues from The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie and Sponge Out of Water respectively? Rights issues?

Nickelodeon What is the next show that should get the reboot treatment?

You know, I'd kinda like to see a spinoff of FOP starring the Crimson Chin. Or maybe Crash Nebula, seeing that they made that pilot film with him into an episode.

Some observations on the music used in "Filthy Muck": -HOLY COW IS THAT A NEW BELFER TRACK?!! -Love the new Hawaiian music used during the opening of the episode. Was that from West One? Sounded like the same group who performed "Pacific Blue".

Can't really say I care for this episode, but the only saving grace IMO is the instrumental track for the song the club members sing that played over the title track. Sounds like it's from the same mold as the "Spot Returns" title track, and I hope they use it again in future episodes.

Thought I'd take this opportunity to salute some more of the great orchestras and ensembles which performed some of our favorite music: -The American Filmusic Orchestra ("Untitled Tune", "Verve", "Arizona Fanfare", "Library of Congress", "Happy Boy", "War Agitato", "Martial Crisis") -The...

Oh, yes, them too! Really love their tracks, the strings are fantastic. Don't forget Juan Erlando and His Latin Band, Fernando Mendoza and His Bahia Percussion Group and the Benito Gonzales Latin Sound, who gave us "Jungle Baby" and "Co-Co Baby", "Buenos Aires", "Good Bye Samba", "Latin Lesson"...

Happy B-day, Ralph! I agree with you that he's severely underrated. Most people probably remember him for "Hit and Run" (which, as you probably know, inspired Sam Spence to compose his own version of that KPM classic), but I really like much of his tracks. "Blue Lamp Blues" is probably my...

    Best Christmas song?

It's actually from 1979, so it's been around a while now.

    Best Christmas song?

Oh, I've got a few: -"Christmas Vacation" by Mavis Staples -"Wonderful Christmastime" by Paul McCartney

    Where's Your Profile Picture From?

This one's from "The Getaway". Chose it only because I liked the image.

    Underrated Post-Movie Episodes

I always liked "The Bad Guy Club for Villains" for how unique it is, being an actual episode of the MM&BB TV show. "Treats!" is a good one as well, with SpongeBob calling Gary by his full name and that Snail Bites commercial.

Which “Rocko’s Modern Life” theme do you prefer?

I like the second one the best.
