LOL, I just read about this on Wikipedia.
At one point during the original release of The Lion King, Simba lies onto the ground and brushes some dust into the air. At one point, the dust appears to form the letters "S-E-X".
The animators claim it was supposed to say "S-F-X", as a salute to the special effects artists on the film.
It caused so much controversy, that all re-releases of TLK afterwards were edited so that the scene transitioned before the alleged "message" was visible.
