Derek Drymon

Position: Executive Producer, Writer, Storyboard Artist
Biography: He graduated college from the School of Visual Arts in New York. In 1993, after being discovered by Nickelodeon, he was hired as a storyboard artist for Rocko's Modern Life. He and his co-worker, Stephen Hillenburg, from Rocko's Modern Life went on to being the show that SpongeBob SquarePants is today. He writes and works on many of the SpongeBob episodes, and after Hillenburg stepped down from his leading executive producer position, Derek Drymon took over.
