Um.... I decided to revive Betsy the Xp.
(???? ?? 2004- September 23 2013.... Until now)
And with my DEC 2013 ipad(lack of Internet to research is what killed Betsy, and saved Susie)
I fiquired out quickly the problem is W32/Blaster Worm. How would one fix it

It's an antivirus gone rogue.
Just like I suspected all those years ago
Virus=Bacteria
Worm= Virus
Trojan= Parasite
Rogue Antivirus= Cancer
My computer literally got cancer......

My dad knew to use safe mode.
But without the internet, we couldn't diagnose the problem, and gave up
