The poll confuses me but A Pal for Gary is far worse, and Pet or Pests is terrible.

This was pretty close, and both episodes were pure atrocities, but Pet or Pests is the worst Spongebob episode out there (IMO). A Pal for Gary was very boring and slow in the beginning, and it wasn't until the end that it made me angry. Pet or Pests was the same thing, but it was way more nasty.
