Zap2it now lists a premiere date for this episode - 7:30pm, Friday 2nd October. The description was first revealed at SDCC and Vincent Waller confirmed the title earlier this month. (Link to that thread.)

So many new episodes being announced, that is a good thing!

Let's hope this episode is decently funny, cause I want Patrick to be an enjoyable character again. :yes:

Kyle McCulloch? Then the probabilities of Squidward being a major character is high. McCulloch likes to write episodes with Squidward being important with the story. Maybe we'll see something different this time.

I hope the storyboards Cohen released long ago were the ones from this episode

They really missed out by not making the title What's Eating Patrick Star. I mean, unless the title isn't a Gilbert Grape reference.

I am loving the concept of these new episodes! Hopefully season 9.2 will be a major improvement over the previous seasons. Maybe spongebob really is getting back on track as if season 8 and the first half of 9 isn't improving enough over season 6 and 7.
