I got this from TV.com. Now I picked every episode of the show and two numbers will correspond for one episode. Now you have to guess a number from 1 to 724. Our basis will be the my rating for the episode:

If the episode has a rating of 8.5 or higher, you get 5,000 points.

If the episode has a rating from 7.9 to 8.4, you get 2,500 points.

If the episode has a rating from 6.9 to 7.8, you get 1,500 points.

If the episode has a rating of 5.9 to 6.8, you get 1,000 points.

If the episode has a rating of 5 to 5.8, you lose 100 points.

If the episode has a rating of 4.9 or less, you lose 10,000 points.

There are some special episodes that give you 25,000 points

MM vs. SB
Pizza Delivery
Rock Bottom

First to 100,000 wins and gets to decide the basis for the point distributions and the basis of those on the next edition of this game.

You have to pick a number from 1 to 724. Each SpongeBob episode is corresponded by two numbers. The point distribution depends on my rating on the episode that is corresponded by the number that your picked. For example, you picked 13, and it turned out to be The Splinter, my rating for that episode is 2.0, therefore, you lose 10,000 points, giving you -10,000 points. First one to have a million points wins, which is made easier by the bonus episodes, which you have a 1/362 chance of getting. You may pick a number that has been picked, as I randomize my list everytime I update the scores.

If you win, you get to decide on the point distribution on the next edition of this game, the scoring may depend on what season the guessed episode is in, or maybe your rating (in that case you'll have to take over), it's really up to you.
