I don't know if this is getting a US release. There is a listing on Walmart.com, but so far I'm mostly seeing it on Australian and European websites.

Release dates: 24th June (AUS), 7th July (UK), 22nd July (US)

No new episodes; it's a compilation of Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy episodes.

That's an awesome lineup for a DVD and I'm actually surprised they haven't done one of these sooner. That cover is pretty great, I'll probably try to get a copy of these no matter where they're sold.

Every single one of them? The only one I found to be noticeably boring is Super Evil Aquatic Villain Team Up Is Go!, but luckily, that's the only episode that's not on here.

Why the heck isn't SpongeBob dressed as Mermaid Man? :( I'd get this, but I already have them all on DVD. Still, if it's released in the US, and I see it in a store for a reasonable price, I might pick it up. :P Sad that SpongeBob is in a random costume on the cover though :(

There is this DVD here in Brazil as well.
And they're selling it already as pre-order.

But walmart here doesn't sell SpongeBob dvd's :T
A store called Saraiva and other called Americanas that sells.

I guess they're just retiring his character from the show. He's still in the comics though.
