OS X Yosemite

So, Yosemite came out today and it's pretty cool looking, imo. Here are the features - http://www.apple.com/osx/

I love the sleak redesign of safari, the menu bar, and the dock. Everything looks so much better and modern for a change.

I thought this had something to do with... you know... actual Yosemite.

Really people? If you don't care, why bother posting in here. Just makes you look arrogant.

As for OS X, it takes a bit of getting used to but I'm slowly starting to like it. Sometimes I see things though and it doesn't look as nicely done, like notifications. But overall it's very nice.

That's how I feel about the Sequoia and Denali cars... what's next, The "Toyota Wrangell St.-Elias"? :D

As for OS X Yosemite, it looks pretty neat, but alas, PC problems

Yosemite is a national park. It'd make sense that people would comment that they originally were thinking of the national park, but apparently that makes people look arrogant now.

The title clearly says "OS X Yosemite" and it was posted in the tech forum. Not sure how much clearer you can get than that. But really the posts just don't add to the conversation of what the topic is about.

I'd say it's more "silly" and less "arrogant". :P
It's not as if every post needs to strictly be on topic, though. The name will garner attention I'm sorry to say.
 
I'm downloading it right now. It'll be 45 more minutes. And that's only to download the app to install it.


Also, I looked at the Beta version. I don't know whether it was good or not, though, as I imported no data to the divided disk I made and now deleted.

I was also tempted to say something about Yosemite Sam here somehow but I guess people aren't in the mood for silliness today.
 
Well, I got it. It works great so far. I am a huge fan of simplicity, so this was just a little addition to that. I just need to check if it really goes hand-in-hand with iOS 8.

I love how the desktop background changes how the dock looks. Change your wallpaper to 'Yosemite 4'... that dock <3
 
It's like iOS 7- for computers! I prefer Windows, but it does look really nice, and I do own an iPad and iPhone. Too bad our teachers won't let us upgrade our school laptops. (also Macs) Like seriously, we don't even have Mavericks on ours.
