Season 1-3 covers have changed.
Season 4 volumes merged and became an alternative to volume 2 cover.
Season 5 volumes merged to a new cover.
Season 6 volumes merged but the cover didn't change really. It's just volume 1 cover.
Sesaon 7 & 8 have not changed because there were no volumes to it. They are only season DVDs.

In the UK its completely different. There aren't "Volumes", we just have normal box sets and always have. The Season Seven box set looks different here, too!
